Before your appointment
Policies
Preparation
Please arrive with freshly washed hair that is free of product.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.
Pricing
Listed prices reflect average service costs. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation once the scope of work is determined.
Mobile Services
Mobile services are available upon request for an additional travel fee based on location.
Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours in advance.
Late / No-Show Policy
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will apply. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
No-shows must prepay in full to book future appointments.
Squeeze-In Appointments
A $50 fee applies to squeeze-in and after-hours appointments.
Payments
Online payments (excluding deposits) will be charged a 5% service fee.
