Please arrive with freshly washed hair that is free of any product.

Deposit: A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be deducted from the total balance due at the end of your appointment.

Mobile Services: Mobile services are available upon request for an additional travel fee based on location.

Rescheduling: Any cancellations/rescheduling of appointments must be done a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Late Policy/No Show: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will apply. After 30 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a "no-show". No-shows must prepay in full to book future appointments.

Squeeze-In Appointments: A $50 fee applies to all squeeze-in and after-hours appointments.
